Phase I - Environmental site assessments
□	Visual inspection of the subject property
□	Review of corporate records
□	Review of available government documentation
□	Aerial photographic interpretation
□	Review of private databases
□	Geological background study
□	Evaluation of factors obtained during the assessment (recommendations & conclusions)

Phase II - Sampling and analysis of environmental media
□	Review of previous investigations and site data
□	Preparation of a sampling and analysis plan and site safety and health plan
□	Monitoring well and soil boring installation
□	Field screening and environmental media sampling
□	Laboratory analysis
□	Data reduction and QA/QC review
□	Data evaluation and comparison of test results to regulatory standards
□	Report preparation and review by a senior technical professional

Phase III - Remedial investigation and feasibility studies
□	Additional drilling and soil/groundwater/sediment sampling and testing
□	Contaminant transport modelling
□	Assessment to establish site-specific clean-up guidelines
□	Identify feasible remedial options
□	Present remedial options and costs to the client and decide on a preferred Remedial Action Plan (RAP).
□	Prepare notification report to the provincial Department of the Environment (DOE) summarizing the work that was done
